Galvalume coil, also known as galvanized steel coil, is a metal coil that is coated with an alloy layer composed of aluminum, zinc and a small amount of silicon on the surface of cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel sheets through an advanced hot-dip coating process.

Galvalume coil not only inherits the good processability and weldability of galvanized coil, but also greatly enhances its corrosion resistance in the atmospheric environment, especially in harsh conditions such as humidity, salt spray and industrial pollution, due to the introduction of aluminum. The oxidation resistance of aluminum effectively prevents the formation of red rust on the surface of the coating, while zinc acts as a sacrificial anode to protect the steel substrate from further erosion when the coating is damaged, ensuring the service life of the product.
